This is a free demonstration by a yudansha (2nd Dan)  member of Ansan Dojo . If Shodan (1st Dan)  represents the stage of fully embodying the fundamentals, 2nd Dan  is the stage of refining those basics while reflecting on their principles, timing, and meaning.
